Account Usage
You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep your email address current. You are responsible for all activity under your account, API credentials, passwords, SSH keys, and authorized users.
VPS Usage Restrictions and Prohibited Content
You may not use services for spam, phishing, malware, botnets, credential theft, unauthorized scanning, denial-of-service attacks, network abuse, child sexual abuse material, terrorism content, unlawful marketplaces, copyright infringement, fraud, harassment, or activity that violates law.
You may not bypass resource limits, attack other customers, spoof traffic, run abusive open proxies, send unsolicited bulk email, host command-and-control infrastructure, or harm network reputation or datacenter operations.
Billing and Renewals
Services are billed according to the plan, billing period, resource add-ons, IP addresses, setup fees, taxes, account balance usage, and payment method selected at checkout.
Invoices must be paid by the due date. Unpaid services may become overdue, suspended, pending deletion, or terminated according to configured billing automation rules.
Cryptocurrency and some alternative payment methods may be irreversible, may not support automatic recurring billing, and may require confirmations before activation.
Provisioning, Backups, and Data
Services may be provisioned automatically after payment verification. Availability of locations, templates, IP addresses, and add-ons may change.
Unless a backup product is expressly included or purchased, customers are solely responsible for independent backups. Suspension, reinstall, deletion, or termination may cause permanent data loss.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, null-route, disable network access, remove content, or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, security risk, chargebacks, inaccurate account data, or violation of these Terms.
Severe abuse, malware, phishing, attacks, fraud, law-enforcement requests, or repeat violations may result in immediate suspension without advance notice.
Intellectual Property and Liability
Customers retain rights to their own content but grant us limited rights needed to host, transmit, cache, back up, troubleshoot, secure, and operate services.
Services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation except where a written SLA expressly applies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service during the relevant billing period.
