Abuse Categories
Report spam, phishing, malware, botnets, credential theft, network attacks, port scanning, denial-of-service traffic, child safety concerns, illegal content, copyright issues, harassment, fraud, or other harmful activity.
Required Evidence
Send reports to abuse@buyvps.us with source IP, destination IP, ports, protocol, timestamps with timezone, full headers for email abuse, URLs, screenshots, logs, packet captures where appropriate, and a concise explanation.
Incomplete reports may delay investigation. Do not send only screenshots when logs, headers, URLs, or timestamps are available.
Handling and Response Times
Critical threats such as active phishing, malware, attacks, child safety reports, or law-enforcement matters are prioritized. Other reports are reviewed based on severity, evidence quality, and risk.
Possible actions include customer notice, request for remediation, service suspension, null route, IP block, content removal, termination, or referral to the proper provider or authority.
Logged-in Users
Customers should use /tickets for account-specific abuse questions, false positives, or remediation updates so the request is tied to the correct account and service.
