Submitting a DMCA Notice
Send notices to dmca@buyvps.us. Include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact details, a good-faith belief statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
For hosted VPS content, include IP address, hostname, URL, timestamps with timezone, screenshots, and logs that identify the allegedly infringing material.
Counter-Notification
A customer may submit a counter-notification identifying removed material, stating under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, consenting to jurisdiction where required by law, and providing a physical or electronic signature and contact information.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts or services used for repeated copyright infringement may be suspended or terminated. We may also preserve records and cooperate with lawful requests.
